Casa Salvaje, Cartagena: Heaven has a guest list.

A colonial house at Calle Santa Teresa #32-41, in Cartagena's Old City, open since 25 September 2026. Four worlds share one roof: Kanibal, a tropical restaurant and bar built around fire, and SLVJ, restaurant, bar and club, both open; La Domenica, for caffè, pizza and aperitivo, opening on a date to be confirmed; and ONO Cartagena, opening November–December 2026. You come in through one door; what happens inside depends on which world calls you.

About

We started in 2025 with a hosomaki bar in Bogotá. In 2026 came a whole house in Cartagena.

Always the same idea: that the kitchen, the bar, the music and the service tell one story. Grupo ONO makes places with character. Each brand has its own kitchen, look and rhythm, and behind all of them is one team obsessed with produce and with a night done right.

Grupo ONO is a hospitality group founded by Jaime Lora and Dilan Carrillo. It began in Bogotá in November 2025 with ONO Hosomaki Bar, a Japanese-inspired hosomaki bar and night club. On 25 September 2026 it opened Casa Salvaje in Cartagena's Old City, a colonial house with four worlds under one roof: Kanibal and SLVJ, both open; La Domenica, opening on a date to be confirmed; and ONO Cartagena, opening November–December 2026.
